Terms & Conditions

The cooking classes are organized by Andante / Conceptio GmbH and take place on the “Andante” premises at Hetzgasse 39, A-1030 Vienna. Participation is at your own risk; no liability is assumed for any accidents.


§ 1 – Registration

Registrations are possible until the maximum number of participants has been reached. You may register by phone at +43 (664) 88 36 2242, via email to contact@andante.at, online at www.andante.at, or in person at Hetzgasse 39, A-1030 Vienna.


§ 2 – Payment Terms

A deposit of 50% of the course fee is due upon registration. This can be paid either by bank transfer to the Conceptio GmbH account or on-site. For online bookings, the total amount is due immediately. Payment can be made online (via bank transfer or credit card) or on-site (credit or debit card). Invoices are issued on the day of the event and handed out to participants. If vouchers are used, the original vouchers must be presented at the cooking class.


§ 3 – Cancellation

All prices include statutory VAT. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Individuals and groups may cancel their participation free of charge or rebook for another cooking seminar (subject to availability) up to one week before the scheduled event by emailing contact@andante.at.
For cancellations received between eight and three days before the course date, a 30% cancellation fee applies.
Cancellations made less than three days before the event will be charged the full course fee.
Rebookings are only possible if spaces are still available on the preferred new date.


§ 4 – Program Changes / Cancellation

If a course must be canceled for organizational reasons (e.g., due to illness of the instructor) and no alternative date is used, any course fees already paid will be refunded in full.


§ 5 – Photographs – Copyright

By attending the course, participants agree that photos or recordings taken during the event may be published on www.andante.at or www.facebook.com/andante.hetzgasse. This consent can be withdrawn at any time by informing the course instructor.


§ 6 – Liability

Participation in the cooking class is at your own risk. Participants are responsible for any damage to clothing or personal belongings. Liability on the part of the organizer is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence.
All equipment and facilities used during the course, as well as the venue itself, must be treated with care. Damage resulting from improper use or negligence must be compensated.

Any allergies or contagious illnesses must be reported prior to the course. To protect all participants, Andante / Conceptio reserves the right to exclude individuals with contagious conditions from preparing meals.
Intolerances or allergies to certain foods or spices (including those of co-registered participants) must be communicated to the course instructor in advance.


§ 7 – Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the competent court in Vienna. Austrian law applies to all legal relationships between the parties.
